Wilson Louis, Bsc. is a post-graduate from Mass Communication, Pune University. His faculty was Film and T.V direction with a specialization in visual effects.

On completition of his course, he started his journey as the director of T.V program titled Mirch Masala. This program was directed under the guidance of Mr. Mahesh Bhatt. On appreciation of his vision and creative instincts, he was appointed as the head of channels like ETC channel and CMM Music. His creative inputs and innovative ideas gave major boost to the channels. However, his main aim was to explore into visual effects for creative satisfaction.

His dream was realized, when he was invited to head Maya Entertainment as a Visual Effects Director with the complete control of 3D animations and Visual effects division. Here, Wilson Louis explored his talent to the fullest and apart from doing visual effects for channels like Star, Zee and production houses like UTV and Prime Channel, completed 40 feature films as a visual effects director.

In order to further his career, Wilson Louis took a leap and directed a very unique concept, in the short film category, titled "6 x 4 - the space" (a story of a lift man). The Short film was highly acclaimed and won the award for the best short film in the International Seagate Awards for sheer technical brilliance, in the year 2004.

Wilson Louis was immediately assigned to direct a feature film titled "Ho Sakta Hai" by a corporate house. He chose to pick up a theme of Black Magic featuring Victor Banerjee. The film was to peep into the inner fears of people, who believe and disbelieve in black magic. His work showcased his talent and the film won multiple awards like best 3D animation category in the Seagate Awards, Best SFX Seq for the Seagate Technical Awards and was nominated in 3 categories at FICCI. The film was also nominated as the best 3 SFX - films in India, at the frames FICCI 2005.

"Ho Sakta Hai" has the distinction of been translated in various international languages. The film was also screened at Cannes and Filmpur, England. It brought great honor to our country, when the script and screenplay, was officially invited by the Oscars for their library, as a reference film.

Wilson Louis finally arrived. He kept his focus on the horror journo. His next film titled "Lonavala Khandala Ghat" is again a horror, thriller based on a true story and shot on actual locations. Keeping in view the international market, the star-cast included international artists. The film is censored with "U/A" for satellite and "A" for theatrical release.

Wilson Louis came up with an idea to direct India's first live-animated film. The concept was appreciated and named "Kalo - the desert witch". The film is shot extensively in Rajasthan and is completed. It is on the post production stage.

Keeping in view, his interest in the short films, Wilson Louis directed two short films namely 'Me Mumbaikar', 'I have a dream' and an Award winning "I'm a Muslim - but not a terrorist ".

Based on his technical finesse and creative blend of thinking and complete dedication. Morpheus Media Ventures has assigned Wilson to script and direct, a super natural thriller titled "Shout" staring Sayali Bhagat, Sushant Singh, Ashish Vidhyarthi, Seema Biswas etc.

His future projects includes 'The Curse' and 'Khuda Hai'.
